9 week happiness coaching program

I’ve met many so called “successful” people who seemed to have everything – warm home, high education diploma, a job, a relationship. Yet, their inner feeling didn’t reflect outer “success”. Starting from TOP childhood questions “what do you want to be when you grow up?”, continuing with home and peer pressure, so often we are encouraged (or pushed?) to chase success.  
But what is success, after all? And does it bring any joy? 

“Choose Happiness” is a 9 week group coaching program created to help people to rediscover happiness within. To facilitate their way in choosing days full of inner peace, contentment, wonder. To build a life that they don’t need to have a vacation from.

The program is divided into 4 main parts leading to a long-lasting impact and changes:

“Choose Happiness” is built to facilitate a discovery of your happiness journey, build happy beliefs and habits, as well as bring the shift forward when the program is over.

Every week you will receive a video, daily challenge, practical task and constant accountability and support from me. Moreover, you will have a like-minded community of people who go through this journey together.

  • Identify different areas of your life and how each area impacts your happiness.

I believe in happier people and a happier world. 
I believe that happiness is already within us, we just need to take time to rediscover it and consciously choose it. 

I am a Lithuanian living in Malaysia, working at Mindvalley as the Head of Customer Experience, and running my business as a happiness and leadership coach. I am also a certified Zumba instructor.

I do all those different things, because all of them contribute to my mission to help people rediscover happiness within. I not only enjoy seeing the results, but also working towards them every single day.
